At Techcombank, Mr. Ho Hung Anh (born in 1970) is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Ho Anh Ngoc - Mr. Hung Anh's younger brother is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Ho Anh Ngoc was born in 1982, and is introduced to have graduated with a Bachelor's degree, majoring in Commerce - Accounting and a Master's degree in Economics from Macquarie University Sydney, Australia.
Mr. Ho Anh Ngoc is introduced to have over 14 years of working experience and holding various management positions at Techcombank and its subsidiaries. He was elected Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Techcombank from April 24, 2021 to present.

TPBank
Mr. Do Minh Phu (born in 1953) is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of TPBank and the founder of the bank since 2008. Meanwhile, Mr. Phu's younger brother, Mr. Do Anh Tu, has been the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of TPBank since 2012.

Mr. Do Quang Hien (born in 1962) is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of SHB. Meanwhile, his eldest son, Mr. Do Quang Vinh (born in 1989), holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Vinh was elected to the Board of Directors of SHB in 2021, as a member of the Board of Directors. In April 2023, Mr. Vinh was officially elected to his current position.

At the end of 2022, Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuy (born in 1976) was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lienvietpostbank (now LPBank). Before that, Mr. Thuy had been on the Board of Directors of this bank for nearly 2 years.
At the 2023 annual meeting, Mr. Nguyen Van Thuy (born in 1981) was elected to the Board of Directors for the 2023-2028 term. Mr. Thuy joined the LPBank Board of Directors for the first time and is the younger brother of Mr. Thuy. Currently, Mr. Thuy is the Vice Chairman of the bank.

OCB
Mr. Trinh Van Tuan (born in 1965) - Chairman of the Board of Directors of OCB - currently has a daughter who is a member of the Board of Directors of this bank. That is Ms. Trinh Thi Mai Anh (born in 1992), who is also the only female member of the Board of Directors of OCB. Ms. Mai Anh was elected as a member of the Board of Directors of OCB for the 2020-2025 term, from June 2020.
ACB
In 2012, Mr. Tran Hung Huy (born in 1978) succeeded his father, Mr. Tran Mong Hung - founder of ACB Bank - as Chairman of the Board of Directors. He became the youngest chairman of the bank, at the age of 34.
Mr. Tran Mong Hung (deceased) and previously withdrew from the Board of Directors since April 2018, but Ms. Dang Thu Thuy (born in 1955), Mr. Hung's wife, has also worked at ACB since the bank's establishment and held many important positions. She has been a member of the bank's Board of Directors since 2011.
SeABank
Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga (born in 1955) is currently the Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of SeABank. Previously, Ms. Nga was the Chairwoman of the bank, then resigned in May 2018 to comply with the provisions of the amended Law on Credit Institutions.
According to this law, the chairman of the board of directors and general director of a credit institution cannot concurrently be the chairman, general director or equivalent positions of another enterprise. Ms. Nga chose to be the chairman of the board of directors of BRG Group.
Ms. Nga’s daughter, Ms. Le Thu Thuy (born in 1983), is currently the Vice President of SeABank. Ms. Thuy worked at many international financial institutions before joining SeABank. She then held many positions at the bank and was appointed as Deputy General Director, then General Director of the bank in mid-2018, before resigning in July 2022.
