Some other majors also have high benchmark scores such as: business administration, computer science, data science, information technology (all 27.5 points); finance, banking, economics (all 27 points). To be admitted to these majors, candidates need an average score of 9 points/subject.

The benchmark score is determined from the average score of 3 years of high school of the admission combination registered by the candidate.

Previously, the International University announced the benchmark score for the Ho Chi Minh City National University's competency assessment exam. In particular, logistics and supply chain management also had the highest benchmark score at 870 points. Some majors had benchmark scores of 800 points or higher, such as computer science, business administration, data science, and information technology. The remaining majors had benchmark scores of 600 points or higher.
