Traditional Chol Chnam Thmay New Year holiday in 2025 of Khmer ethnic people

Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 1200-CV/TU dated February 14, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Can Tho City Party Committee on organizing the traditional Chol Chnam Thmay New Year 2025 and Official Dispatch No. 28-CV/DU dated February 21, 2025 of the Party Committee of the City People's Committee on leading and directing the organization of the traditional Chol Chnam Thmay New Year 2025, the City People's Committee announces: All cadres, civil servants, public employees, students, soldiers of the armed forces, and Khmer ethnic workers working, studying, and working in Can Tho City will have 3 days off to celebrate the traditional Chol Chnam Thmay New Year 2025 (April 14, 15, and 16, 2025).

The City People's Committee requests agencies, units and enterprises in the city to pay attention and create favorable conditions for cadres, civil servants, public employees, students, armed forces soldiers and Khmer ethnic workers to have a holiday to celebrate the traditional Chol Chnam Thmay New Year in 2025 according to the above schedule.
