She and her parents had set their wishes to enter a famous public high school in the province. My niece is a very good student and is good at all subjects.
'Tight' exam review schedule
My brother said that for nearly a month he has been studying hard to prepare for the 10th grade entrance exam and confidently "promised" his parents that he would pass the entrance exam to the school of his choice. However, I personally felt "suffocated" when I saw his regular school schedule as well as his extra classes in math, literature, English and exam preparation.
Specifically, in the morning, I study at school and get home at almost 12 noon. After finishing lunch, I haven't had time to rest and regain my strength. At 1 p.m., my parents take me to my teacher's house to practice for exams and solve advanced math problems "outside the textbook". At 5pm, my parents drove to my teacher's house to pick me up and take me home. After bathing and having a quick dinner, at 6pm, I continued my "journey" to review for the English exam at an English center.
After English class, my parents take me home at 9pm. The rest of the time, I "lock" myself in my room to continue my "journey" of reviewing for the 10th grade entrance exam until 1 or 2am, which is normal...

Families place too many expectations on their children, unintentionally putting pressure on them.
I am really worried about my child's health and spirit when I see the "crazy" study schedule and 10th grade exam review schedule that leaves little time to eat and rest.
Her parents said that they tried their best to take care of their daughter because her whole family was smart and the best student. My younger brother said that, up to now, no one in the family had passed the entrance exam to a famous public high school in the province, so all their trust and hope were for their daughter. Besides, my younger brother promised to reward her with a trip to Hue, Da Nang and a "small" party if she passed the entrance exam to grade 10.
Faced with the expectations of her parents and family, my niece has to try even harder. During the days I visited home and my hometown, I really didn't have many opportunities to talk to my niece because she was too busy with her studies.
Every parent wants their children to be successful in their studies. However, family expectations can put a lot of pressure on children to study and pass exams.
Local students will take the public 10th grade entrance exam around early June.
Let the children in each family develop in the most natural way. Do not put too much emphasis on achievements and exams when your child is preparing for the 10th grade entrance exam. If they do not pass the 10th grade entrance exam at a public high school, children can continue their studies and pursue their dreams at private schools or vocational schools.
When one door closes, another opens to welcome children. The doors of vocational schools are always ready, always open to welcome children if they know how to strive to improve their lives.
In reality, many children in families who failed the 10th grade entrance exam to public high schools or university entrance exams were successful after graduating from vocational schools, becoming owners of shops, factories, and businesses with hundreds of thousands of workers, contributing greatly to the socio-economy.
