* On the evening of January 5, at the Vietnam - Soviet Union Friendship Cultural Palace, the National Assembly Standing Committee held the second National Press Awards Ceremony for the National Assembly and People's Councils, called the Dien Hong Award - 2024.
On behalf of the Party and State leaders, Permanent Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man - Head of the Steering Committee of the Dien Hong Award gave an important speech at the Award Ceremony.

* The second National Press Award on the National Assembly and People's Councils - 2024 takes place on the occasion of the anniversary of the first General Election to elect the National Assembly of Vietnam (January 6, 1946 - January 6, 2024).
The Organizing Committee selected 106 works for the final round. The final jury voted and selected 79 works to award the second Dien Hong Prize, including 7 A prizes, 14 B prizes, 20 C prizes and 38 Encouragement prizes.
Nghe An Newspaper was honored to have 2 works awarded: The 4-part special issue "Innovation in the activities of elected agencies for the goal of creating development" by authors Ngo Duc Chuyen, Nguyen Thanh Duy, Nguyen Thi Mai Hoa, was awarded the B prize, print newspaper category; The 5-part report "A decade of abandoning boarding schools in highland high schools: It's time for a change!" by authors Ngo Nhat Lan and Dao Tuan was awarded the Encouragement prize, electronic newspaper category.
