Nghe An: Highlights on December 20

* On the morning of December 20, on the occasion of the 79th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2023) and the 34th anniversary of the National Defense Day (December 22, 1989 - December 22, 2023), the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province and the provincial armed forces visited and congratulated cadres, officers and soldiers of the Armed Forces of Military Region 4.

* On the afternoon of December 20, in Vinh City, Nghe An Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work. At the ceremony, Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long - Deputy Minister of Public Security presented Decision No. 8889/QD-X01 dated December 18, 2023 of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer of Colonel Bui Quang Thanh - Director of Dak Nong Provincial Police to take up the position of Director of Nghe An Provincial Police. The decision takes effect from the date of signing.
