These days, all the roads leading to Cua Lo beach are filled with an excited and joyful atmosphere. Along Binh Minh street and its branches, hotels, big and small, are busy completing the final steps to welcome a large number of guests on the opening day of the festival today.

Mr. Mai Duy Nam, owner of a system of 4 hotels and restaurants at Cua Lo beach, said: “I have 4 hotels with more than 100 rooms. Currently, all rooms in the main hotel near Binh Minh Square have been fully booked for the opening night. The remaining hotels are also gradually filling up.”
Not wasting a single moment, Mr. Nam is mobilizing all his staff. From hiring workers to directing staff to clean, mop, and decorate each area of the lobby, break rooms, outdoor stage, signs, decorative lighting system... everything is being implemented synchronously and rhythmically. "We want everything to be as neat as possible - not only clean rooms but also creating an impression at first sight," Mr. Nam said with an eager smile.

The atmosphere of preparation is equally bustling at the coastal restaurants.
Mr. Dau Khac Binh, owner of a restaurant in Nghi Huong ward, Vinh city said: “We have completed the decoration and renovated the restaurant space, especially the outdoor area. Regarding food, all ingredients are imported fresh on the day - from seafood to vegetables, all are carefully selected to serve diners.”

In addition, Mr. Binh has instructed the chefs to ensure that the processing procedures strictly comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. All dishes are beautifully presented, with the true taste of the sea. "We also clearly list prices at each counter and each menu so that visitors can feel secure and comfortable in choosing dishes," Mr. Binh added.

Nghi Huong Ward has a coastline of about 4km along Binh Minh Street, currently with 78 restaurants, eateries and 79 accommodation establishments. Since the clearance of kiosks on the East side of Binh Minh Street, most businesses have stabilized their premises, continued to stick with the profession, and together built a civilized and professional tourism image. Restaurants, hotels and eateries have trained their staff in communication skills, quick and friendly service, and professional service standards.

Mr. Nguyen Trong Ky - Sales Manager of Summer Cua Lo Hotel said: "The two Summer hotels with a total of 525 rooms were completely booked on the opening day of April 19 and the holiday period of April 30 - May 1. Even in the coming summer months, 50 - 70% of the rooms have been booked in advance."

This unit has mobilized about 350 employees, divided into 24/7 shifts to ensure service quality throughout the tourist season. “We focus on everything from room hygiene, food quality control to training communication and behavioral skills for the staff. The goal is to make every visitor to Cua Lo feel like returning to a familiar, warm place,” Mr. Ky affirmed.
Currently, Cua Lo coastal city has about 300 hotels and accommodation facilities with about 11,000 rooms, capable of serving about 30,000 guests per day. To prepare for the 2025 tourist season, these establishments have proactively upgraded their facilities, ensuring all standards for welcoming domestic and foreign guests.

People here are placing high hopes on a successful summer - not only in terms of the number of visitors but also in the quality of service and experience. From restaurant owners, hotel staff to each coastal household, everyone is "on their toes", ready to work together to create a friendly, clean, professional and hospitable Cua Lo.
