On the morning of February 12, the Provincial Literature and Arts Association in collaboration with Thai Binh University organized the 23rd Vietnam Poetry Day. In 2003, with the approval of the Central Propaganda Department and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Vietnam Writers Association took the 15th day of the first lunar month every year as Vietnam Poetry Day. Since then, Vietnam Poetry Day has been a festival to honor poetic achievements, contributing to preserving and promoting the poetic values of the nation in social life.

In 2025, Vietnam Poetry Day with the theme "Flying Fatherland" is a festival of sublimation of emotions to honor poetic values. Here, poets, teachers, students, pupils and poetry lovers can meet and connect in a creative space. Thereby contributing to encouraging and motivating poets, writers, artists to actively compose, work in art, arouse, foster, and nurture the love of poetry, love of life, practically building the homeland and country to become increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized.

At the program, People's Artist Anh Dien and artist Van Tuan performed the work "Nam Quoc Son Ha" by Ly Thuong Kiet and the work "Nguyen Tieu" by President Ho Chi Minh. Poets from the Literature Association and the Provincial Literature and Arts Association performed their excellent works, and shared about their works as well as inspirations in poetry.

The Chairman of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association presented books and newspapers to the library of Thai Binh University.

On this occasion, the Provincial Literature and Arts Association organized an exhibition of excellent paintings and art photos by members of the Fine Arts and Photography Association.
