Overcoming difficulties

Nam Tra My District People's Committee said that the total local public investment capital plan for 2025 is more than 107 million VND, 100% of which has been allocated by the district according to the project list.

Regarding career capital, the province has only allocated career capital to implement the National Target Program (NTP) on new rural construction of more than 6.4 billion VND, and has not yet allocated programs for sustainable poverty reduction and socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.

Mr. Tran Van Man - Vice Chairman of Nam Tra My District People's Committee said: "It is inevitable that the working mentality of cadres is greatly affected during this time, but the district still closely encourages them to try to perform their tasks well.

The national target programs invested in Nam Tra My are investments in people's lives, helping people escape poverty sustainably, so it is necessary to maximize resources. There are many difficulties at this time, but the district is trying its best to implement it until the last day."

The difficulties that Nam Tra My district encountered include completing investment procedures, project implementation progress affected by staff's concerns, difficult project site clearance, high and scarce material prices; the arrangement of the apparatus can cause some work to be temporarily interrupted and work efficiency is not high...

Currently, Nam Tra My district is directing the implementation of the Tra Linh Commune Cultural Center project and a number of other social community service projects. The district People's Committee affirmed that these projects are expected to be put into use to serve the cultural, artistic and sports exchanges of the community.

At the same time, it can be used as a cultural house combined with natural disaster prevention for people when merging new communes, so it will not cause waste. Therefore, Nam Tra My District People's Committee has proposed the Provincial People's Committee to give the policy so that the Commune People's Committee can continue to implement according to the set goals.

Grassroots mobilization

It can be said that the working session with mountainous districts, including Nam Tra My, of the Provincial People's Committee to grasp the progress of implementing the National Target Programs is also an opportunity for provincial leaders to listen to the grassroots and encourage the working spirit of cadres.

At the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan encouraged the working spirit of district and commune officials: "Although there are difficulties, anxiety at work is inevitable, but for the common goal, I hope that you will overcome them together and make efforts for the development of Nam Tra My and the lives of the people.

We just stick to the work schedule to do it, complete the paperwork as we go, and finish it right away, so that later there will be no trouble when transferring tasks.

The district or commune that is the investor is responsible for inspecting each project to monitor progress. When the old district or commune no longer has the mission to carry out the task, it will transfer it to the next investor to continue implementing it according to regulations.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan requested Nam Tra My to continue focusing on the tasks set out in the 2025 plan, classify work groups and project categories to be implemented, speed up progress, and make the most of time.

For the capital source extending from 2024 to 2025, it is required to disburse all by April 30, 2025. The district works with the construction unit, requiring a commitment to complete the construction of the projects. The 2025 capital source will be disbursed by June 30 at 50%, the disbursement progress will gradually increase until the end of the year, then the 2025 capital source will be completed, not extended to 2026.

Regarding career capital, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan requested departments and branches to quickly advise the Provincial People's Committee to allocate career capital to districts to quickly allocate resources to projects, ensuring sufficient capital for works and projects to be completed.

With the spirit of working urgently, making the most of the remaining time, completing as much work as possible, the Provincial People's Committee hopes that the districts, for the common goal, will contribute to the province to achieve the growth and disbursement targets in 2025 with the best results.
