Binh Phuoc Provincial Bar Association holds annual conference in 2025

In 2024, the Provincial Bar Association will continue to improve its organization and quality of operations to meet the increasing demands of the legal profession in the context of integration and judicial reform. The Association has sent lawyers to participate in 1,322 cases in many different fields. In addition, the Association also fulfills its mission to society through free legal aid activities for people in remote, isolated and extremely disadvantaged areas; participates in defending assigned cases at the request of the prosecution agency; mobilizes and presents more than 700 gifts, with a total value of more than 315 million VND to people in difficult circumstances in the province; supports people in northern provinces and cities to overcome storm No. 3, with an amount of 67.5 million VND...

In 2025, the Provincial Bar Association continues to aim to improve the quality of professional activities, promote the role of lawyers in protecting justice, and accompany the development of the locality. The Association will actively promote and mobilize organizations and members to effectively implement the free legal aid program for disadvantaged people in society and join hands to support materially to effectively carry out humanitarian and social work in the province.

On this occasion, the Provincial Bar Association received a Certificate of Merit from the Ministry of Justice for its excellent performance in completing its tasks, contributing to the overall development of the Bar Association and the practice of law; the Vietnam Bar Federation also awarded Certificates of Merit to organizations and individuals with outstanding achievements in professional activities.
