On the morning of September 28, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Vietnam Association of Financial Managers, Finance and Life Electronic Magazine and Vietstock.vn co-organized the Ceremony to honor Listed Enterprises with the Best Investor Relations Activities in 2023 (IR Awards 2023).
The event aims to recognize the efforts and achievements in standardizing investor relations of businesses, while at the same time, aiming to raise awareness of the role of IR and the importance of developing IR activities professionally, approaching international standards.
Following 2022, this year, MB continues to be listed in the Top 3 most favorite enterprises by investors. MB is highly appreciated by the Organizing Committee of IR Awards 2023 as a listed enterprise that "complies with information disclosure activities, has strategic management, transparent financial communication, achieves effective communication between enterprises, the financial community and other components, thereby optimizing enterprise value".
In 2022 and the first 6 months of 2023, MB organized events, held meetings, contacts, and exchanges with shareholders, investors, and domestic and foreign analysts to update MB's operations, business results, and strategies, as well as discuss the macroeconomic context, financial and banking situation, and business environment in Vietnam. Thereby, information about MB's business activities was fully, quickly, promptly, and accurately conveyed to investors and the market, contributing to maintaining its position in terms of capitalization value as well as investment efficiency of MB shares. MB's capitalization as of June 30, 2023 reached 91,586 billion, an increase of 21% compared to the beginning of the year.

MB Bank in general and MB's investor relations activities in particular have always been highly appreciated by funds, as shown by the fact that MBB's foreign room is always fully purchased. MBB's stock price in the period from January 1, 2017 to June 30, 2023 increased by 307%, 4.5 times higher than the growth rate of VN-Index (68%).
Sharing about IR activities, MB representative affirmed: "Recognizing the importance of compliance, transparency, timeliness and equality in providing information about the business's performance to investors, information disclosure activities are always given special attention and focus by MB".
In 2022, MB's annual report will integrate an ESG sustainability report, ranked in the Top 7 Best Annual Reports of listed companies voted by investors according to the program of the Securities Commission and Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HSX).
The awards and positive feedback from investors are a testament to the dedication and continuous efforts in investor relations over the years, contributing to enhancing the image of MB and its member companies with shareholders, the investor community and domestic and international customers.
According to information from the Organizing Committee of IR Awards 2023, the honored enterprises have undergone thorough and comprehensive surveys and quantification of information disclosure activities among 731 listed enterprises within 12 months (from May 1, 2022 to April 30, 2023); IR activities were evaluated through a scoring system from 33 leading financial institutions, along with votes from the investor community.
