Celebrating the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025) and looking forward to the Hai Binh Ward Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. On January 19, 2025, the inauguration ceremony of the Hai Binh Ward Martyrs Memorial took place .
The event marked an important milestone, demonstrating the spirit of “When drinking water, remember its source” and the deep gratitude of the local people towards the heroic martyrs. MB is honored to be the bank that accompanied the construction of this meaningful historical project.
Inauguration of the Martyrs Memorial of Hai Binh Ward, Nghi Son, Thanh Hoa before the traditional Lunar New Year of the nation
The project is built on an area of 500m² with a total investment of 5.8 billion VND, of which 2.25 billion VND comes from Nghi Son town's capital, the rest is mobilized from the local budget, funding sources and people's contributions. Military Bank (MB) is the largest sponsor, contributing 2 billion VND, demonstrating MB's active support in social activities, especially projects of profound historical and humanistic significance.
Speaking at the ceremony, local leaders emphasized the importance of the project, not only as a place to commemorate the heroic martyrs but also as a cultural and historical symbol of Hai Binh ward. The memorial is designed in the stylized image of a sail, symbolizing the spirit of reaching far of the heroic coastal land. The highlight of the project is a monolithic block of green stone from Thanh Hoa, with the golden words "TO COUNTRY GRATITUDE" and the sacred symbol of the Bronze Drum.

At the event, MB was honored as one of the organizations with the greatest contribution. MB representative, Ms. Le Thi Loi - Head of the Supervisory Board shared: "We are very proud to contribute to the construction of this meaningful project. MB commits to continue to accompany localities across the country in social activities, for a developed and traditional Vietnam."

After 8 months of construction in harsh weather conditions, the project was completed on schedule with strict technical and aesthetic supervision. This is not only a place to honor 11 Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and 153 heroic martyrs but also a space to educate future generations about traditions.

Delegates respectfully offered incense to commemorate and pay tribute to the heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed for the country before the ribbon-cutting ceremony to inaugurate the new memorial.
