Mr. Nguyen Tan Hai - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hiep Duc district shared that the highlight of the supervision work in the past time was that the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district established 4 delegations to directly supervise the Party Committees of Que Luu, Phuoc Gia, Que Tho, Binh Lam communes; at the same time, supervise through documents the Party Committees of 9 communes and towns. The supervision content was on the rotation and transfer of positions of commune-level cadres and civil servants.
Through monitoring, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district found that the commune level has not proactively organized job position transfers and proposed job position transfers to the district. From 2020 to now, at each monitoring time, 17 positions have been transferred. There are 21 civil servants subject to job position transfer regulations, but the commune-level Party Committee has not yet directed the implementation.
After monitoring and written recommendations from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district, the Department of Home Affairs advised the District People's Committee to decide to transfer positions for commune-level civil servants. Of which, 15 civil servants were transferred to other localities in the district and 6 civil servants were transferred to local positions.
In the past 2 years, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels in the district have organized 109 supervisions with many contents related to various fields. Of which, the district level organized 22 thematic supervisions and 10 written supervisions; the commune level organized 87 thematic supervisions with contents related to various fields.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hiep Duc district believes that the selection of members invited to join the monitoring delegation is one of the factors that determine the effectiveness of the monitoring activity. Therefore, for each specific content, the Front and socio-political organizations when organizing monitoring need to invite experts, experienced people, and knowledgeable people in that field to join the monitoring delegation.

According to the assessment of Hiep Duc District Party Committee, after 2 years of implementing Directive No. 18, dated October 26, 2022 of the Secretariat and Directive No. 37, dated January 18, 2023 of the Standing Committee of Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee on promoting the role, improving the quality and effectiveness of supervision and social criticism of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations (CT-XH), this work from the district to the grassroots level in Hiep Duc has gradually become routine; the content and implementation methods are increasingly strict and focused.
Ms. Tran Thi Hang - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee acknowledged that Party committees at all levels have paid attention to guiding, monitoring, urging, and at the same time directing the government, relevant agencies and units to create conditions and coordinate for the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at the same level to successfully complete this important political task. The recommendations of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations after supervision were received, explained, resolved, responded to by Party committees and authorities, and directed relevant agencies, units and localities to be responsible for resolving them.
Besides the achieved results, the supervision work of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in Hiep Duc still has limitations such as the direction, orientation, program development, and supervision plans are sometimes not proactive, timely, and overlap in content and objects.
The quality of supervision is not high, in some places it is still a formality. Recommendations and proposals after supervision are not in-depth, not very convincing; the monitoring and urging to resolve recommendations are not drastic...
Ms. Hang said that supervision by the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations is an important content in the Party building work. In the coming time, Party committees, authorities, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations from the district to the grassroots level need to closely follow the direction of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee to deploy supervision work with focus and key points.

After monitoring, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations must publicize and be transparent about the results; promptly make recommendations and proposals and pursue the resolution of recommendations and proposals. People's Committees at all levels are responsible for responding to and resolving opinions and proposals after monitoring; taking measures to handle organizations and individuals who do not respond or are slow to respond to recommendations of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, causing difficulties and hindering social monitoring and criticism activities. At the same time, proactively propose projects and works that have impacts and influences on people's lives for the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations to monitor and criticize...
