Thanks to policy credit capital, many households, members and women in Hung Yen have been empowered to develop the economy, ready to welcome a prosperous spring.
In 2023, policy credit capital in Hung Yen province helped 21,640 poor households and other policy beneficiaries invest in production, business, and conversion of crops and livestock. Thereby, helping 5,292 households escape poverty and near-poverty; supporting job creation and job expansion for 7,579 workers; renovating more than 20,000 clean water and rural environmental sanitation works.
Thereby, actively contributing to the implementation of the goal of sustainable poverty reduction and new rural construction in the province. The total outstanding debt of preferential loan programs at the branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) in Hung Yen province by the end of 2023 reached more than 4,100 billion VND with 71,673 households still having outstanding debt; of which, the outstanding debt entrusted through 4 socio-political organizations was more than 4,094 billion VND, accounting for 99.6% of the total outstanding debt of the whole province.
From policy capital, households have boldly developed the economy and become rich on their own homeland.

The family of Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhung (Dai Dong commune, Van Lam district, Hung Yen province) borrowed preferential capital to open a leather bag sewing workshop, creating stable jobs for family members and people in the commune.
From preferential loans, many households in Long Thuong village, Dai Dong commune, Van Lam district have the conditions to develop the traditional bronze casting profession, create jobs and increase income.
Preferential loans have helped Ms. Ngo Thi Huong's family (Lien Nghia commune, Van Lam district) take care of ornamental plants to serve the Tet market.
With preferential loans from the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies in Van Lam district, Mr. Ly Van Quang's family (Lien Nghia commune) has the conditions to renovate and take care of the fruit garden.
The family of Ms. Le Thi Huong (Xuan Quan commune, Van Giang district) borrowed preferential loans to grow and trade flowers and ornamental plants. Thanks to that, the family's life has become increasingly prosperous.
