Coach Crazy Nhoc trained Le Hoang Phuong to reach Top 4 Miss Grand International 2023
Coach Crazy Nhóc is also the person behind Le Hoang Phuong's storming catwalk at Miss Grand International 2023. With the Khanh Hoa beauty achieving 4th runner-up, she continues to be "chosen" as the person in charge of training and guiding the catwalk for Miss Mai Phuong at Miss World 2024.
Sharing with the press about her training plan for Miss World Vietnam 2022, she confided: "All training plans are prepared by the coach. Your training schedule and lesson plan will definitely have a part like walking, posing and turning.
Currently, she is guiding the catwalk for Miss Mai Phuong at Miss World 2024.
My catwalk training course with Mai Phuong is 10 sessions, 1-2 sessions per week, 2 hours per session. In addition, the training schedule also depends on the personal work schedules of both parties to arrange accordingly."
Previously, to prepare for the journey of Miss Grand International 2023, Le Hoang Phuong received a lot of support from her team with additional training classes on catwalk skills, behavior and performance on stage.

That is why Minh Tu and her friends had many training sessions, even had extra homework, or after the training sessions, Minh Tu also advised and gave advice to them throughout the competition.

Supermodel Nhu Van is one of the catwalk coaches associated with many contests: Miss Vietnam 2018, Miss Vietnam 2020 and Miss World Vietnam 2019. In 2023, Nhu Van will be interested in becoming a catwalk coach for Miss Intercontinental 2nd Runner-up Le Nguyen Ngoc Hang and Top 15 Miss International Phuong Nhi.

According to coach Nhu Van, the schedules of the beauties are different. They have to arrange their work, agree on the number of sessions, and from there have the most effective training sessions. The training day must be truly effective, not too rushed or dense, that is the first criterion in beauty queen training. That helps the beauties grasp the content, apply the lessons into practice. When coming to class, the expert will have a "test", check, edit and perfect to the best of each beauty's ability.
"Usually, I create my own lesson plans for each beauty. I learn about the people I teach and then develop them based on the basic foundations they have, which will help the lesson plans maximize their effectiveness.
The rule is about 1 hour and 30 minutes, but I always teach overtime. Only when I feel that the students are doing well, correcting their mistakes and understanding the lesson will I let them go. Depending on the progress of the students, I will measure the appropriate number of lessons, usually at least 10 lessons."
