The Samsung Galaxy S24 trio will likely not be released until January 2024, but information related to the product has already begun to leak and appear online.
Specifically, OnLeaks - a Twitter account that regularly shares information and images of upcoming technology products has just posted some images and videos of the completed build, clearly showing the design of the Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra trio.
The images posted by OnLeaks show that the Samsung Galaxy S24 trio still retains the same overall design as the Galaxy S23 series launched last year. In particular, the source said that the Galaxy S24 still retains the same screen size of 6.1 inches, while the Galaxy S24+ has a 6.7-inch screen like its predecessor.
Galaxy S24 still retains the flat screen design, 6.1-inch size. |
The Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+ duo still have a flat screen with a "hole-punch" front camera placed right inside the screen. This smartphone duo still has a flat frame, with 4 rounded corners. The back of the product is still a cluster of 3 cameras, with the lenses placed separately.
OnLeaks has also posted images and videos of the final build of the Galaxy S24 Ultra. These images show that the Galaxy S24 Ultra has a design that is almost unchanged from the Galaxy S23 Ultra.
The Galaxy S24 Ultra has a flat frame, the screen curve has been reduced. It seems that Samsung is no longer interested in equipping curved screens on its products. The back of the S24 Ultra is still a cluster of 4 cameras, flash and laser autofocus sensor. The arrangement of the cameras, sensors and flash has not changed compared to the old version.
It's hard to tell the difference on the Galaxy S24 Ultra compared to the S23 Ultra that launched last year. |
According to some sources, the Galaxy S24 Ultra will still retain the same 6.8-inch screen size. In particular, it is likely that the product will also be equipped with a titanium frame similar to the newly launched iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max duo from Apple.
In addition, sources also said that Samsung will "revive" the Exynos chip version on the Galaxy S24 series. Galaxy S24 models sold in the European market will use the Exynos 2400 chip developed by Samsung, while other markets will use Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip.
This is quite a surprising move, as the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S23 series sold globally only use Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 chip line.
The fact that the Samsung Galaxy S24 series does not change its design shows that the company is still quite confident in the current design of its products. However, all information is still just at the rumor level.
