Review Venus Shoots Hearts at Mars Episode 31
In episode 31 of "Sao Kim shoots the heart of Sao Hoa", Quy admitted to his wife that he secretly took Ms. Man and her child to Hanoi. Because Mr. Thang beat his wife until her arm was broken, to ensure the safety of her and her child, Quy persuaded Ms. Man to go to the city with him. Quy affirmed that he tried to arrange everything as smoothly as possible.
What Quy said shocked Dao. Now she understood why her husband often went out early and came home late, showed many strange signs and worked himself to the point of exhaustion and had to be hospitalized, all because he was worried about his sister and family. Dao was very sad to hear this.
“Why did you hide it from me, or were you afraid that I would force you to choose between you and her? Or were you afraid that I would tell Mr. Thang where Ms. Man lives?” Dao lost her temper and questioned. As someone who had lived with Quy for 10 years, she could not accept her husband’s actions. “So the past 10 years of living together have no meaning, honey?” – she cried – “Really, I feel hurt. What you did was no different than treating me like an outsider in your own family’s story. You don’t have to say anything. Let’s give each other time to look back at everything.”
Despite her toughness, Dao still visited Man and her son. Man thanked Quy for taking care of An's food, accommodation and education, and apologized for bothering the couple. She also promised to try to take care of herself so as not to bother her brother and them anymore. After witnessing Man's situation, Dao advised her to leave her abusive husband and even gave An money to pay for her tuition.
Just a few days after Dao arrived, Mr. Thang found out where Ms. Man and her children lived. Ms. Man announced that she wanted a divorce, but Mr. Thang not only insulted and cursed her, but also became violent, trying to strangle her. Luckily, the landlady and Quy appeared in time to help. This time, Ms. Man was determined to leave Mr. Thang. Instead of avoiding him, she decided to confront him directly. If Mr. Thang continued to attack her and her children, she would unilaterally divorce him.
Nghiem helped Quy go to the photo studio to resolve the issue of the photos being posted on a dark website. However, the people at the store were stubborn because they knew Nghiem was just a traffic police officer. They argued that Quy had signed the terms of the contract, and the website they posted the photos on was a fashion site, not breaking the law.
Seeing that they were determined not to remove the photos, Nghiem called his colleague, the local police, to come and resolve the matter. At this point, the studio suddenly changed its attitude and agreed to remove all photos of Quy and the videos of the three wives. This made Dao very happy, while Trang was surprised because she did not expect Nghiem to be able to do that.
Dao called Trang to inform her and praised Nghiem. She noticed that Nghiem's married life was getting better and better. "I admit that recently, I see that Nghiem has changed, he cares more about me and everyone else," Trang confided.
Having just resolved the nude photo scandal, Dao and Quy faced a new storm. A group of thugs came to Dao’s restaurant to ask for information about Quy. It turned out that they were brothers of a group of young men who had been sentenced to prison for using illegal substances, and Quy was the one who reported them.
Despite her fear, Dao tried to stay calm and explained that she did not know the person the thugs were looking for. She said she had gotten the number from the internet and did not save it on her phone.
The thugs did not believe her, so they slapped Dao to the ground and threatened to destroy the shop if she did not provide information. They also took her to all the electrical repair shops to look for her. In the end, they gave her 2 days to provide information, and at the same time checked the surveillance cameras in the villa area to find Quy.
At this time, Quy received a job performing with Quang. When he received the notice from his wife, he immediately left his job to go see her. Dao reminded her husband that he was being sought by gangsters for revenge, so during this time, he should avoid her, not go to work or act in films. The couple together found a solution.
Without evidence of intimidation, Dao and his wife could not sue the authorities. Everyone suggested that Quy should stay at Man's house for a while, while other families would take care of the three children. But when Dao was preparing her husband's belongings, a group of thugs suddenly burst into the house to question him. They had found a video of Dao talking to Quy.
In the critical moment, Uncle Manh and everyone in the boarding house appeared in time to protect Dao. She repeatedly asserted that she did not know the person the gang was looking for. When they saw that the people in the neighborhood were about to report to the police, the gang left. However, they also declared that they would not let Dao go. At this point, Dao was very confused and did not know what to do to solve this problem.
