Specifically, at 8:50 p.m. on August 3, at Hoa Hiep Hamlet, Lai Hoa Commune, Vinh Chau Town, Lai Hoa Border Guard Station coordinated with the Special Task Force of the Drug and Crime Prevention Department of the Border Guard of Soc Trang Province to discover and arrest Kim Le, born in 1992, with permanent residence at the above address, for illegally storing drugs. At the scene, the working group seized 2 white plastic bags sealed at both ends, containing a white solid crystalline substance weighing 0.2392 grams. Through investigation, Le confessed that the 2 plastic bags were synthetic drugs in the form of rocks.
Lai Hoa Border Guard Station has completed the file and handed over the subject and evidence to Vinh Chau Town Police for further investigation and handling according to the provisions of law.

At the scene, the working group seized 2 pieces of plastic pipes with both ends sealed, containing white solid crystals weighing 0.2535 grams, the subject confessed that it was methamphetamine. Vinh Chau Border Guard Station handed over the case file, evidence and the subject to Vinh Chau town police for further investigation and handling according to the law.
