Ho Chi Minh City Youth Festival (Youth Fest) takes place on Pham Ngoc Thach Street (from Nguyen Van Chiem to Nguyen Thi Minh Khai) and the Youth Cultural House campus (District 1).
Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Youth Union - Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union Ngo Minh Hai said that Youth Fest has become one of the festivals directed by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, the City Youth Union together with the Vietnam Youth Union and the Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam Student Association.
Talking to Tuoi Tre, Mr. Hai said:
- The 4th Youth Fest will be a place for young people and city residents to immerse themselves in many cultural, artistic, culinary, technological, start-up and career spaces that suit the trends and aspirations of young people.
The spaces are designed to create an environment for exchange, connection and sharing of knowledge and skills in the fields of culture and arts, applied technology, and community projects. The seminars on a variety of topics spread positive energy, improve knowledge of entrepreneurship and career development, create conditions for cultural exchange, access to scientific and technological information, and stay ahead of new trends.

* What spaces can young people and people immerse themselves in during these festival days?
Mr. NGO MINH HAI
- There will be many contents and art spaces designed during the festival days that everyone can choose to participate in. The light route with street art playground and light and art perspective stretches along the route with a new space.
Youth culture and international exchange exhibition of cultural products of the country and city, exhibition of Vietnamese traditional costumes and ao dai, introduction and display of traditional costumes of Southeast Asian countries, cultural activities of countries and international youth exchange.
Art - Young creativity exchanges street art forms (roller skating, yoyo, archery, painting, sculpture, painting, magic, folk dance...), art workshops and exhibitions of creative art models. Music - Connecting performances of traditional and contemporary art forms, exchanging groups, "Dance for Youth" dance group festival, street music exchange.
Culinary culture introduces many typical dishes, culinary quintessence of regions, international cuisine. Reading culture exhibits, introduces, sells books at preferential prices as well as exchanges with some famous authors who have good books for children. Not to mention the concert activities with a large number of young people in the city.

* What are the highlights and programs of the festival, sir?
- After the program to celebrate the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Union on the evening of March 22, the festival opened with a street art performance program, international exchange and national cultural playground.
On the evening of March 23, with activities responding to the Earth Hour 2024 campaign from 6:00 p.m., there will be sponsorship of young talents in the city in 2024, performances by famous artists, street music exchanges to encourage people and young people to live green and protect the environment.
The art program "New Generation - Adaptation - Connection and Sharing" on the closing night of the festival from 7:00 p.m. on March 24 will include exchanges between domestic and foreign music groups, exchanges and honors of famous singers and artists, performances of cultural projects and cultural products that have made many positive contributions to the spiritual life of young people and the development of the city. The closing ceremony of the festival and the announcement of Youth Fest 2025 "Hello City 50 Years".

- Yes. Technology spaces take place throughout the festival such as "Technology Bus" providing experiences of new technology tools and solutions for studying and working, connecting information technology businesses to display products.
Sharing - connecting will be a space to share cultural topics, skills, new technology trends and the experience of experts in selectively applying technology to life, assessing the level of influence of technology on life. Both the space for sports and improving social practice skills, the space for startups and career establishment are also interesting destinations along with many other playgrounds for young people to choose from.

Five international youth delegations
* It is known that there will be some international youth delegations attending the 4th Youth Fest?
- Up to now, five international youth delegations have accepted to attend the festival. From Laos, there are delegations from the Lao People's Revolutionary Youth Union of the capital Vientiane and the two provinces of Champasak and Attapeu.
From Malaysia, there is the International Student Volunteer Organization YSS and from the Russian Federation, there is a delegation from the Committee for Youth Policy and Cooperation with NGOs of Saint Petersburg City. In addition to cultural exchanges, young people from different countries will attend a seminar connecting international youth in start-up activities and volunteering for the community.
Thu Duc City Youth Festival 1st time
Held at Saigon River Park from March 23 to 27, the Thu Duc City Youth Union in collaboration with other organizations. With the theme "Youth - Volunteer - Connection - Future", the festival is a colorful cultural event, a playground for connecting and sharing knowledge and skills for young people.
Thereby, creating conditions for young people to exchange culture, access new information about science, technology, digital transformation. It is expected that there will be programs: connecting ethnic music, children's fashion show, roller skating performance, modern dance, acoustic music night for students.
The first festival is expected to bring young people experiences about the cultural space of ethnic groups, playgrounds with street art forms, art workshops, and exhibitions of creative art models.
