The Border Guard force chased and arrested Thi Van Tien, born in 2001, residing in Cao Lau commune, Cao Loc district, along with the vehicle and 3 Chinese people.

On March 25, the fugitives Ly Van Duc, born in 1995, residing in Cao Lau commune, Cao Loc district, and Dam Van Vung, born in 1995, residing in Thanh Loa commune, Cao Loc district, surrendered to Ba Son Border Guard Station and confessed all their crimes.

At Ba Son Border Guard Station, 3 Chinese people confessed that they had previously worked and lived in Ho Chi Minh City. When they arrived in Lang Son, they hired 3 Vietnamese people who were familiar with the terrain to return to the border to illegally exit to China, with a salary of 1 million VND per person.

Lieutenant Colonel Duong Van Hao, Political Commissar of Ba Son Border Guard Station, said that through recent research, the situation of illegal entry and exit has tended to increase because a part of Vietnamese and Chinese people do not have stable jobs and need to find jobs after the Lunar New Year holiday of At Ty 2025, so they have found every way to illegally enter and exit the country in order to find work.

The subjects who organize to pick up and bring people to illegally enter and exit the country from both Vietnam and China understand the need for people to find jobs, so they collude, through social networks such as Zalo, Facebook, Wechat to search for people who need to illegally enter and exit the country, then contact and arrange a date to pick them up and bring them across the border.

After finding people who want to leave the country illegally, the subjects contact people in China who need to use labor and contact subjects in the border area to organize the transportation of people to leave the country illegally to China and vice versa.

In addition, because some people do not have stable jobs and are familiar with the terrain in the border area, they are greedy for immediate profits, when organized by subjects to pick them up, hire them, and lead them across the border illegally to receive payment.

Resolutely prevent illegal entry and exit

Like Ba Son Border Post, Chi Ma Border Post also focuses on directing and deploying forces to patrol day and night, strictly control the area, promptly detect and prevent illegal entry and exit, and ensure security and order in the border area.

According to Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Trung Hieu, Political Commissar of Chi Ma Border Guard Station, due to the implementation of drastic and preventive measures, since the beginning of the year, the Border Guard Station has promptly prevented 1 case of illegal entry and exit.

Specifically, at 3:00 p.m. on March 30, at Ban Phai village, Tu Mich commune, Chi Ma Border Guard Station presided over and coordinated with Chi Ma Border Gate Customs and Tu Mich Commune Police, Loc Binh district to discover and arrest Hoang Van Quang, born in 2004, residing in Ban Gieng village, Tu Mich commune, Loc Binh district.

The person involved (illegal immigrant), named Ma Jiang Shuai (Ma Giang Soai), born in 2005, Chinese nationality. Through quick investigation, Hoang Van Quang confessed that he was hired by a man to pick up the above Chinese person into Vietnam to take him to Loc Binh town, and after finishing the job, he was paid 600,000 VND.
