Every post, image, and video that appears on social media is carefully considered by them.
Be honest with yourself on social media
Nguyen Thi Thuy Trang (34 years old, from Hue) is a presenter, editor of Thua Thien Hue Radio and Television Station and also a singer. When she was a student, Trang said she did not think about building a brand, but simply created a Facebook to conveniently contact people.
However, social media has increasingly brought Trang more value. Many people know and understand more about her work, her passion and her strengths. "The core of building a personal brand is being true to yourself," Trang shared.
Trang's personal photo on Facebook is always of a Hue girl associated with the traditional cultural values of the ancient capital, in the ao dai that has become a familiar image.
The page often shares videos about passion for singing, cooking, traveling, flower arranging. And finally, content related to the work of a radio station editor.
Truong Thanh Nhan (32 years old, living in Ho Chi Minh City) is currently a singer, vocal teacher, choreographer and bassist at Saigon Choir.
He became aware of building his personal brand on social networks when he started studying at the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music in 2011. At first, he simply thought of sharing about his studies, work, and the programs he participated in.
But when he realizes that he can contribute to inspiring his loved ones, friends, and students, he carefully selects information when he wants to share something on social networks.
"Building a personal brand on social media will be like an online profile for partners to learn about when they are looking for the right person for the project," Nhan said.

Improve yourself and try every day
Nguyen Thi Y Nhien (23 years old, from Hue) is a content creator on TikTok with more than 74,000 followers, and also the founder of a homestay. She chose TikTok as a place to build her brand.
Nhien's clips sharing beautiful memories of college, stories about school, friends, restaurants she often goes to, or her perspective as a young person away from home received a lot of interactions, helping Y Nhien see the importance of building a personal brand.
This helped her gain more confidence and wanted to spread positivity to others. She became known to many people and was even invited to be a media ambassador for some events.
It was the emotions of studying away from home that led to the decision to build Ngo Hanh homestay. It not only gave Nhien the opportunity to learn how to run a business, but also created a close-knit space for guests.
"Thanks to building my brand since I was a student, starting a business seems less difficult when I have a following to accompany me. I'm still trying to improve myself every day," Nhien expressed.
To have a well-groomed personal brand on social networks, Ý Nhiên said the first thing is to clearly understand who you are, spend time exploring your core values, passions and strengths.
Thuy Trang advises: "You must clearly define your purpose, style, and image, and those things need to be adapted to the acceptance of the public group you are targeting."
As for Thanh Nhan, he believes that living positively and the value that one can create and contribute to society is an important key to forming each person's personal brand.
