Checking emulation and reward work at Thanh Hoa Provincial Military Command

On the morning of October 7, the Emulation Delegation of the Central Internal Affairs Ministries and Branches inspected the emulation and reward work at the Military Command (CHQS) of Thanh Hoa province.

The delegation included representatives of emulation and reward agencies of member units in the Bloc including: Ministry of National Defense, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Justice, Government Inspectorate, Supreme People's Court, Supreme People's Procuracy, and Government Inspectorate.

Receiving and working with the delegation were Major General Phan Van Sy, Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of the Military Region; Head of the Military Region's Propaganda Department and comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee; heads of departments, offices, and members of the Provincial Military Command's Economic and Training Council.

In 2024, under the leadership and direction of the Party Committee, the Military Region 4 Command; the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, and the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province; the efforts of the Party Committee, commanders, officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces, the emulation work and the emulation movement to win were deployed comprehensively, synchronously, extensively, accompanying and closely linked with the local patriotic emulation movement, campaigns at all levels and sectors, arousing the sense of self-reliance, self-improvement, and a vibrant emulation spirit, creating a strong driving force to promote officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces to strive to excellently complete the set goals and targets.

In the 2019-2024 period, 108 collectives and 135 typical individuals were commended and honored at the grassroots level; 52 collectives and 67 typical individuals were commended at the Command and provincial levels; 5 collectives and 1 typical individual were commended and honored at the Military Region's Emulation Congress for Victory. In 2024, the Provincial Military Command had 8 collectives and 10 individuals awarded Certificates of Merit by the Ministry of National Defense; and the Military Region awarded the flag "Leading unit in the Emulation Movement for Victory in the 2019-2024 period".

Through the working session and checking documents and plans, the working delegation highly appreciated the Provincial Military Command in implementing emulation and commendation work as well as documents and plans in accordance with regulations. The Emulation and Commendation Council operates in accordance with its functions and tasks; evaluates and commends strictly according to procedures and regulations; directs the issuance of correct and sufficient plans and instructions on emulation and commendation work and the annual emulation movement. The peak emulation periods and thematic emulation raids of sectors and fields are associated with the local patriotic emulation movement, building and replicating typical advanced models and effective practices. At the same time, it is recommended that the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command continue to promote emulation and commendation work; pay attention to and replicate good models, typical and creative examples; thereby contributing to motivating officers and soldiers of the entire provincial armed forces to actively compete to successfully carry out the tasks of the 2024 Emulation Movement.

Speaking to receive the comments of the Inspection Team, on behalf of the Party Committee and the Head of the Command, Colonel Le Van Trung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Military Command, emphasized: Achieving the above outstanding results is first of all thanks to the attention and leadership of all levels and the efforts of officers and soldiers of agencies and units.

In the coming time, the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command will continue to strive to further promote the achieved results, striving to be the leading flag in the emulation movement to win of the Military Region and Provincial Armed Forces.
