Up to this point, all engineers and workers in factories in the province's industrial parks have ensured 100% of their workforce to work after the 2025 Lunar New Year holiday. The working and production atmosphere in the factories is urgent and exciting, with high spirits to ensure productivity and output of products, and timely completion of orders signed with domestic and foreign partners.
Hai Ha Industrial Park has the highest number of workers returning to work after Tet among the industrial parks in the province. As of February 5, 11/16 enterprises operating in Hai Ha Industrial Park, with nearly 60% of workers returning to factories to work, and as of February 7, 16/16 enterprises, with 100% of the workforce, returned to work. The workers returning to work are very excited because during the year, the local government, trade unions at all levels, and the company's leaders have taken care of Tet and arranged cars to take them home to celebrate Tet and reunite with their families.

Hoa Loi Dat Vietnam Garment Company Limited, one of the modern garment manufacturing enterprises, integrating research and development, processing and trading in Hai Ha Industrial Park. The Company's products are garment fashion, specializing in supplying famous foreign brands such as Uniqlo, Pulma. Right after the Tet holiday, the Company arranged buses to pick up workers from far away to return to the factory to work; at the same time, organized spring opening, encouragement, and lucky money to wish workers a happy new year.
Mr. Zhang Rui, General Director of Hoa Loi Dat Vietnam Garment Co., Ltd., said: The orders signed with partners during the year are large, so right after Tet, the Company urgently had solutions to motivate and encourage workers to return to work. Currently, all workshops ensure the full number of workers in the same positions as before Tet, determined to complete all orders in the first quarter of 2025 as well as reserve goods when new orders are signed.
Right after Tet, investors of industrial parks in the province also actively directed contractors to mobilize machinery and human resources to organize the construction of technical infrastructure items to promptly meet the investment needs of secondary investors. As early as January 6, Song Khoai Industrial Park (Quang Yen Town) mobilized machinery and equipment to organize the construction of leveling, internal connecting roads, water supply, wastewater treatment, and lighting systems in the industrial park. The goal set by the investor of Song Khoai Industrial Park is to soon complete all technical infrastructure of the land areas that have been handed over, in order to soon deploy the work of attracting investment from secondary investors.
In addition to the investor who is actively completing the technical infrastructure, a series of secondary investors in Song Khoai Industrial Park (Foxconn, Iko, Yaskawa, Tenma, Lite On) are also urgently implementing investment in factories and production lines. Mr. Nguyen Van Manh, Commander of Hoa Viet Company Limited, said: My unit won the bid to construct Foxconn's production factory in Song Khoai Industrial Park. In addition to factory No. 1 which has been completed and is being tested; the unit is focusing on human resources to construct Foxconn's production factory No. 2 on an area of 6.3 hectares, expected to be handed over to the investor in the first quarter of 2025 and continue to implement factory No. 3.
The positive signals in production and business from the province's industrial parks in the first days of the new year of At Ty have demonstrated the determination of enterprises in promoting production and business, enriching the province's economy, thereby contributing positively to the state budget revenue and ensuring the province's economic growth target of over 12% in 2025.
