Mr. Dinh Van An, Head of Nam Cao University Management Board, said: It is expected that by the end of 2025, Ha Nam High-Tech Park will officially start construction by VSIP Group, the investor of VSIP industrial park chain across the country. Therefore, to ensure the set goals, immediately after the decision to establish, Ha Nam Provincial People's Committee has closely coordinated with the Ministry of Science and Technology to develop the operating regulations for the high-tech park, submitting them to the Prime Minister for approval. At the same time, the steps of establishing, appraising and approving the construction planning, determining the boundaries and location of the high-tech park, ensuring consistency with the prescribed area and scale. Procedures related to approving investment policies, selecting investors to build and develop infrastructure for the high-tech park are carried out in accordance with the provisions of law.
