Previously, at around 5:00 p.m. on September 10, defendant Huynh Kim Giau saw LTTT (born 2011, lottery ticket seller) enter the house and invite Giau to buy lottery tickets.

At this time, Giau stood up and walked over to T., saying he had run out of money so he refused to buy. Immediately after that, T. said that he had not sold enough lottery tickets and had no money to buy cake, so he asked Giau for 15,000 VND to buy cake.

After giving T. money, Giau had the intention of having sex with T. so he asked T. to follow him into the bathroom, close the door and sexually assault the victim.

After sexually abusing T., Giau told T. to shower and go home. When T. finished showering and came out, T.'s mother, who was living nearby, went looking for her daughter and discovered that her daughter had been sexually abusing Giau, so she reported Giau's actions to the police.

At the investigation agency, Huynh Kim Giau confessed all his crimes.

The case is currently being investigated and handled by the Tan Chau Town Police Department.
