Emulation bloc of Party agencies summarizes work in 2023

On December 11, at the Provincial Political School, the Emulation Bloc of Party agencies held a conference to summarize the emulation work in 2023. Comrade Luu Van Hien, Principal of the Provincial Political School - Head of the Emulation Bloc of Party agencies in 2023 chaired the conference.

The emulation bloc of Party agencies includes 10 agencies and units: Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, Provincial Party Committee's Office, Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department, Provincial Party Committee of Provincial Agencies and Enterprises, Provincial Cadre Health Care and Protection Department, Provincial Political School and Ninh Binh Newspaper.

In 2023, on the basis of closely following the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, agencies and units in the Emulation Bloc of Party agencies have proactively developed work programs and plans according to assigned functions and tasks.

In particular, focus on seriously and promptly implementing Party building tasks; organize research, study, grasp and implement Party resolutions, directives and conclusions to ensure timeliness, seriousness and quality; promptly advise on the issuance of action programs and plans of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to focus on leadership and direction to create high unity, ensure the principle of democratic centralism, and be suitable to the practical situation.

In particular, pay attention to seriously and effectively implementing emulation movements with specific and practical criteria and contents, closely following the political tasks of each agency and unit, attracting the participation of a large number of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers; gradually bring emulation movements in the Bloc into resonance with emulation movements in the whole province.

Through the implementation of emulation movements, the sense of responsibility, efforts and creativity of collectives and individuals has been spread; it has truly become a driving force to promote the successful implementation of political tasks in each agency, locality and unit, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels.

In 2024, the Emulation Bloc of Party agencies will continue to thoroughly grasp, deploy and strictly implement the Central and provincial directives on emulation and reward work.

Agencies and units in the Bloc continue to promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; promote the launching of emulation movements associated with the core tasks of the unit; pay attention to training, fostering, improving the qualifications, professional skills, and political theory for the team of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers; carry out innovation and rearrange the organization of the political system towards streamlining, effective and efficient operations.

The conference reviewed and ranked the emulation in 2023 and unanimously proposed: The Provincial Political School to receive the Government's Emulation Flag; proposed the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee to be awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Provincial People's Committee.

The conference also elected the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc to take on the position of Head of the Bloc and the Provincial Cadre Health Care and Protection Board as Deputy Head of the Emulation Bloc of Party Agencies in 2024.
