Construction and inauguration of rural bridge in Thap Muoi district

DTO - On March 30, at My Tan hamlet, Phu Dien commune (Thap Muoi district), the Provincial Red Cross Society (RCS) in coordination with the RCS of Thap Muoi district and the People's Committee of Phu Dien commune organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Tabiket 21 bridge - across the Cha Canal. Attending the ceremony were comrade Nguyen Huu Thoi - Chairman of the Provincial RCS; representatives of the Provincial Bridge and Road Science and Technology Association, the Standing Committee of the Thap Muoi District Party Committee, the People's Committee of Phu Dien commune and the sponsoring unit.

Delegates attending the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Tabiket 21 bridge - across Kenh Cha, My Tan hamlet, Phu Dien commune

Tabiket 21 Bridge - across the Cha Canal is built of reinforced concrete, 30m long, 3.5m wide, and 3.5 tons in capacity. The cost of building the bridge is over 350 million VND, sponsored by Phuc Hao Production and Trade Company Limited and friends, the Hoa Hao Buddhist Bridge Construction Team of My Tan Commune, and people contributing working days.

Delegates performed the ribbon cutting ceremony to inaugurate Tabiket 19 bridge - K27 canal, Hamlet 3, Tan Kieu commune.

On the same day (March 30), the Provincial Red Cross Association coordinated with the Red Cross Association of Thap Muoi district and the People's Committee of Tan Kieu commune to organize the inauguration ceremony of Tabiket 18 bridge - across the canal between Hamlet 3 and Tabiket 19 bridge - canal K27 Hamlet 3. After nearly 2 months of construction, up to now, Tabiket 18 bridge - across the canal between Hamlet 3 and Tabiket 19 bridge - canal K27 Hamlet 3 have been completed and put into use. Both bridges are built of reinforced concrete, 35m long, 3.5m wide; the total construction cost is over 700 million VND. Of which, the construction cost is sponsored by Phuc Hao Production and Trade Company Limited and friends, the Hoa Hao Buddhist Bridge Construction Team of My Tan commune and people contributing working days.

These are projects of practical significance, contributing to creating favorable conditions for local people and students in traveling and transporting goods and agricultural products. Thereby, promoting local socio-economic development, improving the quality of criteria for new rural communes and districts.
