The Danko Center Urban Area Project was approved for investment in accordance with Decision No. 156/QD-UBND dated May 8, 2020 of the Provincial People's Committee. The project covers an area of 42 hectares located in Kim Phu commune (Tuyen Quang city), including Shophouses, villas, townhouses with full amenities such as shopping centers, walking streets, parks, schools, etc.
With the speed of construction and infrastructure development as committed, in the future, Danko Center Urban Area will certainly be a project that brings architectural aesthetic value and forms a living space with a prosperous community of residents, a destination that anyone coming to Tuyen Quang City wants to visit.
Mr. Le Ngoc Lam, Head of Danko Center Urban Area Project Management Board, said that this is an urban area project that is expected to be a highlight of Tuyen Quang City, possessing three advantages: legality, progress and unique landscape.
