Especially for young people who are at the forefront of the trend, being alert and responsible when sharing personal information is essential.

Ms. Tran Thi Kim Anh (23 years old, graphic designer) shared: “I use ChatGPT to write a portrait in the form of a story, when I post it on social networks, many friends and strangers interact with me. From there, they know what I do for a living and what I like. Some people even proactively message me to ask more about my job. I think this is a great way to connect and expand opportunities.”

Not only does this trend help “color” personal life on social networks, it also shows that AI is getting closer and closer to everyday life. The fact that a tool like ChatGPT can create descriptive paragraphs that are rich in emotion and personal style shows that AI technology has come a long way and is no longer as dry as many people think.

However, experts also advise users to be alert and control personal information when using AI to ensure safety and security. AI platforms like ChatGPT operate based on user input data, although most are protected by strict privacy policies, users should still limit sharing identifying information such as phone numbers, addresses, bank accounts, or private details that can be exploited.
