Truc Lam Palace with a total construction capital of 200 billion VND was inaugurated and put up a sign on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of Quang Ninh province, October 20.

Truc Lam Palace was built in Thuong Yen Cong commune, Uong Bi city. The project was designed by American architect Bill Bensley and invested by the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Quang Ninh province.
This is the most massive project in the overall Truc Lam Yen Tu Cultural Center, with a total construction area of phase one of more than 6,000 m2.

The project leans against Yen Tu mountain range with Hoa Yen pagoda, To tower, and Dong pagoda.
The American architect said that the entire architecture of the project was inspired by the remaining ancient architecture in Yen Tu, especially Hue Quang tower. It has a gate, arched doors, thick walls, raised on both sides, and a roof covered with dark lotus-shaped tiles.
