Attending the event were comrades: Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Dang Thanh Giang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Van Giang, Member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; Ngo Thi Kim Hoan, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; leaders of a number of departments and branches of the province, Hung Ha district and a large number of local people.

Tinh Xuyen Communal House worships Duc Tien Ly Nam De (King Ly Bi), Queen Do Thi Khuong and three deities: Dong Hai Dai Vuong Doan Thuong, Linh Lang Dai Vuong, Cuong Luong Dai Vuong. The relic still preserves a jade genealogy and three royal decrees of the Nguyen Dynasty. The traditional festival of Tinh Xuyen Communal House is held annually on January 7-8 with unique sacrificial rituals and folk games imbued with martial spirit. Tinh Xuyen Communal House was recognized as a provincial historical and cultural relic in 2003.

Comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and delegates participated in the ribbon-cutting ceremony to inaugurate the restoration and embellishment of the historical and cultural relic of Tinh Xuyen communal house.

Over the ups and downs of time, many items in the relic have been degraded, affecting religious activities. In order to meet the requirements of protecting and promoting the cultural and historical values of the relic, with the consensus of the local authorities, the donations of local people, philanthropists and children living far from home, in June 2024, the People's Committee of Hong Minh commune coordinated with units to organize the restoration and embellishment of many items such as: raising the foundation, embellishing the front hall, renovating the back hall, renovating the interior... with a total cost of more than 12 billion VND. After a period of construction, Tinh Xuyen communal house was completed in the Dinh style, including 7 front halls and 3 back halls with a lim wood architectural frame and carved panels bearing the architectural style of the Nguyen Dynasty and many precious worship objects. The project not only meets the spiritual and cultural needs of the people but also contributes to preserving and promoting the value of the local cultural and historical heritage.
