According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha - Chief of Office of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial People's Council has approved the proposal of the Provincial People's Committee, has just issued resolutions on tuition fees for the new school year 2025 - 2026 and exempted all fees and charges for administrative procedures for organizations and individuals submitting applications online on the Internet environment.
Regarding direct tuition fees of public schools at all levels from preschool (including nurseries, kindergartens), middle school and high school (including continuing education) in the 2025-2026 school year, they will remain stable at the same level as the old tuition fees of the 2024-2025 school year.
The lowest tuition fee is 25,000 VND/month for preschool students in mountainous areas and children of ethnic minorities. The highest tuition fee is 140,000 VND/month for preschool students in urban areas.
Specifically, the monthly tuition fee for the new school year 2025 - 2026 for each student in Khanh Hoa in urban areas studying at junior high school is 60,000 VND, high school is 70,000 VND and preschool is 140,000 VND.
Tuition fees for students in rural areas of Khanh Hoa studying at junior high school level are 35,000 VND, high school level and preschool level are both 45,000 VND/month.
Tuition fees for students in mountainous areas and ethnic minority students studying at preschool and high school levels are 30,000 VND/month, and for middle school students it is 25,000 VND/month.
Exempt all fees and charges for many administrative procedures done online in Khanh Hoa
Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council has also just issued a resolution stipulating the exemption of fees and charges for online public services when organizations and individuals submit administrative procedures online in Khanh Hoa province.
The exemption of 100% of fees and charges for organizations and individuals performing administrative procedures online in Khanh Hoa will be implemented until the end of 2025.
These are fees for granting construction permits, business registration, granting work permits to foreigners; making household registration, registering residence in the province; granting certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights, and assets attached to land in Khanh Hoa.
Fees are 100% exempted when done online in Khanh Hoa, including fees for providing information on transactions secured by land use rights and assets attached to land in Khanh Hoa, fees for exploiting and using land documents in the province, fees for appraising dossiers for granting land use right certificates and fees for appraising certificates of eligibility for business and operation of sports facilities in Khanh Hoa.
