
At the meeting, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh emphasized the need to remove difficulties and obstacles for projects and land in the inspection, examination and judgment conclusions in a number of provinces and cities in order to bring resources from these projects into life, serving socio-economic development.
Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh and Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha stated that this is a resolution of the National Assembly on specific mechanisms and policies to handle projects and land in a number of provinces and cities. The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment will closely coordinate with relevant ministries, branches and localities to promptly receive, review and complete the draft resolution dossier to submit to the National Assembly.
The two Deputy Prime Ministers noted that this is the first step in piloting the removal of difficulties and obstacles for projects and land in the conclusions of inspections, examinations, and judgments under the direction of the Politburo. Localities need to continue to review, summarize, and report to competent authorities projects and land with similar situations to propose further solutions.

Previously, according to the report of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment - the drafting agency, the draft resolution has groups of policies to handle: Land use term when granting certificates of land use rights for production and business with a term of 50 years in Da Nang city; land allocation, land lease without auction of land use rights, no bidding to select investors to implement projects using land, determining land prices, calculating land use fees, land rents, etc.
Each policy group will provide solutions and options for handling projects and project groups in each specific case.
Regarding the issues to be discussed at the meeting, the leaders of the Government Inspector General, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Public Security, Da Nang city, Khanh Hoa province, Long An province... basically agreed with the draft content; requested the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to absorb and review the scope of adjustment, terminology, and drafting techniques to ensure strict adherence to the direction of the Politburo.
