Inspection conclusion of 2 projects of FLC Group in Thanh Hoa

Recently, the Government Inspectorate announced the conclusion of the inspection of law enforcement in planning and construction planning implementation; land management and use; construction investment management of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee; inspection of law enforcement for the FLC Sam Son Golf Links project, FLC Sam Son eco-tourism urban area project.

The conclusion stated that, in the past time, the work of planning and implementation of construction planning; land management and use; construction investment management in Thanh Hoa province has been paid attention to by the Provincial People's Committee, departments and branches, basically meeting the requirements of State management, contributing to promoting the development of the urban system and socio-economic development of the province.

However, in addition to the achieved results, the approval of land use plans by the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province still has many shortcomings, limited quality, not suitable to reality, not feasible; not linked to the results of implementing land use planning; not determining the socio-economic development plan, the ability to balance and attract capital mobilization, leading to frequent adjustments and supplements during the implementation process.

In addition, the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province is slow to complete the dossier for programming and approving the land use plan; the land use plan is not yet consistent with other plans, many projects are included in the land use plan but there are no specific appropriate solutions for implementation...

Overview of the announcement of the Government Inspectorate's conclusions.

At the announcement of the inspection conclusion, Mr. Nguyen Van Thi, Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, thanked the attention of the Government Inspectorate leaders and the inspection team. The inspection team worked objectively, seriously, and in accordance with the law, and at the same time pointed out the shortcomings and deficiencies in planning and implementation of construction planning; land management and use; and construction investment management in Thanh Hoa province. Thereby, helping Thanh Hoa overcome the shortcomings and limitations to continue to develop better.

On behalf of the leaders of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Thi, Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee accepted the recommendations of the inspection team and said that he would direct departments and branches to seriously implement the recommendations in the inspection conclusion. In the process of implementing the inspection conclusion, Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee hopes to continue to receive the attention of the leaders of the Government Inspectorate and the inspection team as well as the units, departments and offices of the Government Inspectorate.

Mr. Duong Van Phan, Deputy Director of the Department of Supervision, Appraisal and Post-Inspection Handling, Government Inspectorate requested the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province to develop a plan to implement the inspection conclusion, seriously implement the recommendations in the inspection conclusion to ensure the time according to regulations.

Speaking at the conclusion of the announcement ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Manh Huong, Director of Department II, Government Inspectorate emphasized that the announcement ceremony of the inspection conclusion was carried out in accordance with the provisions of law.

Mr. Nguyen Manh Huong requested the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province to have a detailed plan to direct departments, branches and localities to implement the recommendations according to the inspection conclusion. In the process of implementing the inspection conclusion, if there are any problems, the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province will discuss with the Department of Supervision, Appraisal and Post-Inspection Handling, the Government Inspectorate to organize the effective implementation of the inspection conclusion.
