Calling for investment in many large projects

The People's Committee of Hoa Vang district informed about a number of projects and land plots that are calling for investment. Accordingly, the district calls for investment by bidding for projects using land in the planning area with an area of ​​about 163 hectares (after deducting the area of ​​projects that have been and are being invested in construction, projects oriented to use the State budget) in the urban subdivision of Hoa Vang district, in order to synchronously connect the technical infrastructure system and social infrastructure in the area.

The People's Committee of Hoa Vang district is coordinating with the Department of Industry and Trade and related units to continue to carry out the work of selecting investors to implement the Hoa Nhon Industrial Cluster project (Hoa Nhon commune) with an area of ​​24.75 hectares (the compensation and site clearance has been basically completed) with a total project investment of about 286 billion VND; calling for investment and operation of the Hoa Phuoc Wholesale Market project with an area of ​​30.92 hectares.

Hoa Ninh Industrial Park (Hoa Ninh commune) has an area of ​​over 400 hectares, calling for investment in synchronous technical infrastructure to form a clean industrial park, causing little environmental pollution, with modern, advanced technology and creating connections with other industrial parks in Da Nang city.

Hoa Nhon dry port and logistics center (Hoa Nhon commune) is also calling for investment with a project area of ​​about 20 hectares by 2030 with a scale of 60,000 - 150,000 Teus/year; by 2050 about 25 hectares.

The district also calls for investment in 3 high-tech agricultural areas, including: Hoa Khuong clean vegetable growing area (over 28.8 hectares); Hoa Phu clean vegetable growing area (over 20.9 hectares); high-tech safe agricultural product production area (clean vegetable growing, greenhouses, nurseries, production land...) combined with sightseeing and resting areas in Hoa Khuong and Hoa Phong (over 16.2 hectares).

Currently, in Hoa Vang district, there are 74 large plots of land with a total area of ​​43.8 hectares, including 38 commercial and service plots, 2 mixed plots, 6 plots of land divided into garden houses, 9 plots of land for production and business, 5 plots of land for education...

This is a land fund with completed infrastructure including clean land, convenient traffic roads, electricity and drainage systems in the area, etc., which is being called for and promoted for investment projects by the People's Committee of the city and Hoa Vang district.
