More than 300 newspapers and magazines participate in the 2025 Spring Press Festival in Quang Binh

(NADS) - On the morning of January 23, at the Quang Binh Provincial Museum, the Quang Binh Provincial Journalists Association coordinated with the Quang Binh Department of Culture and Sports to organize the At Ty 2025 Spring Press Festival, an event that gathered more than 300 newspapers and magazines from the province and the whole country. This year's Spring Press Festival is not only a festival for journalists but also a meaningful cultural activity, contributing to creating an exciting atmosphere during the traditional Tet holiday of the nation.

This year’s Quang Binh Spring Newspaper Festival displays more than 300 press publications, including Spring and Tet issues of central press agencies, industry newspapers, and local newspapers across the country. The publications are beautifully presented, with rich content, reflecting the achievements of the country and the province in the past year, while introducing many good articles about Vietnamese culture, history, and people.

In addition to the press, the press conference also combined a book display and a documentary photo exhibition with the theme “Quang Binh – 95 years of construction and growth under the leadership of the Party”, organized by the Provincial General Museum. The exhibition area introduced 120 documentary photos from each historical period, depicting the journey of struggle, construction and development of Quang Binh province from 1930 to the present.

The opening ceremony was attended by Comrade Cao Van Dinh, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; representatives of leaders of departments, branches, and sectors, along with a large number of reporters, journalists, and readers. Along with representatives of leaders and reporters of press agencies in the province, resident reporters, and representative offices of central newspapers in Quang Binh.

In his opening speech, comrade Hoang Huu Thai, Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association emphasized:

“2025 marks the 25th anniversary of the Quang Binh Spring Press Festival. Each year, the press festival has grown in scale and quality, becoming a familiar meeting place for press lovers, contributing to honoring the role of revolutionary journalism in the cause of building and defending the country.”

The Spring Press Festival is not only an opportunity to honor journalistic achievements but also a place for journalists to exchange experiences, contributing to improving the quality of journalistic works to serve readers.

The 2025 At Ty Spring Newspaper Festival takes place from January 23, 2025 to February 5, 2025, promising to attract a large number of people to visit during the Lunar New Year.
