Sharing the same opinion about the current attractive price, Mr. Le Trung Kien, a long-time investor, analyzed that if we temporarily calculate a standard house with an area of about 56-60m2 equivalent to a price range of 5-6 billion VND after enjoying the discount, then minus the costs of infrastructure investment and construction, the project land price is only about 25-30 million VND/m2. "Each townhouse is up to 4 floors high, plus a basement of about 4m. People will own a permanent red book, enjoy 5-star infrastructure and utilities that are nowhere to be found," Mr. Kien exclaimed.
According to Mr. Le Duy Binh, head of sales department of Four Home agency, this is an "unimaginable" number when compared to land prices in neighboring areas, while the project's location is on key routes including National Highway 1A, Phap Van - Cau Gie - Ninh Binh Expressway, connecting to Ring Road 5 of the Capital Region when Phu Thu intersection is completed in 2025.
