In 2023, the Provincial Blind Association will focus on doing a good job of building and consolidating a strong association organization. To date, the association has 1,499 members, operating in 9 grassroots associations and 97 branches. The lives of members are taken care of promptly and thoughtfully. Production and borrowing activities have been effective; from the loan capital for job creation allocated by the Central Association, the Provincial Association has coordinated with units to appraise and disburse loans to 45 member households for economic development, with a total value of more than 1.3 billion VND. Maintaining 32 massage service establishments in the whole province with an estimated total income of more than 3.7 billion VND; 2 handicraft production groups, estimated income of more than 600 million VND/year...
The Center for Education and Vocational Education has effectively maintained an inclusive class for 21 visually impaired students. Since the beginning of the year, the center has organized 3 vocational training classes, including traditional massage; Braille literacy; and capacity building classes, building, producing, managing and sharing media products on cloud storage platforms and popular social networks for the visually impaired, and has issued certificates to qualified students according to regulations.

In 2024, the Provincial Blind Association will continue to consolidate and develop the association; promote propaganda and attract funding sources; closely coordinate and closely follow the grassroots, propose synchronous and appropriate solutions to provide vocational training for members; improve the quality of operations of concentrated facilities, create jobs for members in difficult circumstances, and help members gradually stabilize their lives.
On this occasion, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Blind Association awarded Certificates of Merit to 2 groups and 7 individuals; the Provincial Blind Association awarded Certificates of Merit to 3 groups and 18 individuals with outstanding achievements in association movement activities in 2023; 10 individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism for their achievements at the 2023 National Swimming and Chess Championships for the Disabled.
