National conference to thoroughly grasp and implement Resolution of the 10th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee

On the morning of October 20, the Politburo and the Central Party Secretariat held a national conference to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 10th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee in both direct and online formats to more than 14,900 points nationwide with more than 1.2 million delegates attending.

Attending and directing the conference were comrades: To Tam, General Secretary, President; Truong Tan Sang, former Politburo member, former President; Pham Minh Chinh, Politburo member, Prime Minister; Tran Thanh Man, Politburo member, Chairman of the National Assembly; Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, former Politburo member, former Chairman of the National Assembly; Luong Cuong, Politburo member, Standing member of the Party Central Committee Secretariat.

Attending the conference at the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee bridge were comrades: Mai Van Tuat, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; former Standing members of the Provincial Party Committee, former members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, former leaders of the Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, and the National Assembly Delegation of the province who have retired and are currently residing in Ninh Binh city.

Also attending were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee; Secretaries of the Party Committee and Party Delegation in the province; Heads and deputy heads of departments, branches, sectors, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at the provincial level; members of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee; Central reporters and provincial reporters.

The conference was broadcast live to connecting points in districts, city party committees, affiliated party committees and communes, wards and towns in the province.

The conference was held to raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees at all levels, Party organizations, departments, ministries, branches, localities, cadres and Party members in leading and effectively implementing the Resolution of the 10th Conference, focusing on the highest level of work to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and best prepare for the work of Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress.

During the morning, delegates listened to Politburo members directly disseminate the core contents, new points, and focus of the documents of the 10th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee. On that basis, Party committees, Party organizations, departments, branches, and localities continued to disseminate, propagate, and implement the contents of the documents of the 10th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee in localities, agencies, and units.

Early in the morning, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang, Politburo member, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, delivered a presentation on the topic "Core contents and new points in the Draft Political Report at the 14th National Party Congress; Draft Report summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on the work of innovation in the direction of socialism over the past 40 years in Vietnam".
