Complete and test run Hanoi Children's Hospital before September 15

On August 6, Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh and Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Vu Thu Ha inspected the Hanoi Children's Hospital Project (in Yen Nghia ward, Ha Dong district).

During the inspection, a representative of the Hanoi City Civil Construction Investment Project Management Board said that the Hanoi Children's Hospital Project has a total investment of more than VND784.4 billion. It is expected that by August 20, the construction and installation packages, installation of technical infrastructure equipment outside the house, and supply and installation of main construction equipment will be completed... Although the project's work has been basically completed as planned, there are still problems with traffic connection and traffic organization in the hospital area.

At the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Vu Thu Ha said that the Hanoi Children's Hospital project is scheduled to be inaugurated and officially put into operation on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024). Therefore, this August, the project must complete the acceptance of fire prevention and fighting; at the same time, try to speed up the bidding packages to complete the project and hand over the trial operation before September 15. At the same time, the authorities need to ensure synchronous traffic organization and urban embellishment of the hospital area; soon include in the public investment portfolio the traffic project connecting Hanoi Children's Hospital and neighboring projects.

Hanoi City leaders request functional units to soon complete the Hanoi Children's Hospital project.

Praising and appreciating the efforts of the Hanoi Civil Construction Investment Project Management Board, along with functional units and contractors, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh emphasized the need to enhance the responsibility of leaders and the determination to join hands to inaugurate the project on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital. The Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee also requested functional sectors to pay attention to the qualifications and capacity of medical staff to ensure health care for people; ensure clean air, water supply and wastewater treatment for hospitals. At the same time, maintain security, safety and urban order, continue to socialize in completing infrastructure and facilities for hospitals.
