Trips that are not constrained by a tight sightseeing schedule, immersing yourself in nature and discovering new and interesting things at the destination... have been and are a travel trend loved by young people. Posts shared about these trips on social networking sites often attract a large number of views, and many people are curious about destinations that seem too familiar.
The trips to explore Thanh Hoa shared on Ms. Vuong Hien Luong's personal Facebook page attracted the attention of many young people.
As one of the people who are passionate about exploring Thanh Hoa tourism, on her personal Facebook page, Ms. Vuong Hien Luong (Thanh Hoa City) often shares interesting articles and photos about destinations in an attractive way. Notably, many of her articles are about familiar destinations of the province such as: Ben En National Park (Nhu Thanh); Le Hoan Temple, Lam Kinh Historical Relic (Tho Xuan); Hai Tien Beach (Hoang Hoa); Bai Dong (Nghi Son Town)... with new photo angles, creative approaches to destinations have attracted a large number of viewers, shares and urged many people to "pack their backpacks and go".
Ms. Luong shared: “Traveling to me is both a job and a passion. Each journey helps me realize many interesting things about Thanh Hoa tourism. At each destination, whether it is sea tourism, community eco-tourism or historical relics, there are spaces for young people to freely create and explore. The motivation for me to always want to explore and share my interesting trips is to be accompanied by friends who share the same passion. We explore destinations according to our interests and are not constrained by a tight tour schedule. Before each trip, we spend time learning about the places we go to, calculating the route, setting up creative and novel photo backgrounds and, importantly, creating attraction for viewers.”
According to Ms. Luong, the group's discovery trips not only "harvested" many beautiful photo angles, but also stimulated the passion for travel among young people thanks to useful knowledge about the land and people of Thanh Hoa. Many articles after being posted on her personal Facebook page and some members of the group received the attention of many viewers, comments and shares. Among them, many young people commented asking for information about destinations, tour schedules and travel experiences to make the trip more meaningful.
“In each article, I not only want to share about my trip but also want to spread to young people the message “Thanh Hoa Tourism - Four Seasons of Fragrance” and the unique appeal of each tourist destination in the province,” Ms. Luong shared.
Trinh Khanh Linh, a student at Thanh Hoa University of Culture, Sports and Tourism, is interested in traveling, thanks to the reviews of “where to go, what to eat” that are prominent on social networking sites. According to Khanh Linh, with limited financial resources, she and her friends often choose to travel to destinations in the province, which have been reviewed by many people on social networks and have good feedback. With her own travel experience, Khanh Linh said: “When traveling based on information from review articles, it is best to carefully research information, images, and comments under each article about the destination. In particular, you should refer to sources of information from reputable social networking sites. From there, analyze whether the destination is really suitable for your interests and needs and design a suitable program. From beautiful photo angles and good service quality, traveling in the "effect" style has attracted many young people. However, it is also necessary to pay attention to safety conditions for each trip and carefully study the rules and regulations of the destination.”
Social networks may be virtual, but the attraction and tourism effect of destinations through articles and images of some young people on social networks is undeniable. Many tourists said that they decided to come to Thanh Hoa after being inspired by travel reviews. Therefore, in recent years, some resorts, food and accommodation service businesses in the province have not hesitated to spend a large amount of money to book hot tiktokers, bloggers... to review services, promote the image of destinations on their personal pages, attracting thousands, even millions of views and shares.
However, along with the genuine travel review articles, there are still some cases of "exaggerating" services and destination images that are not true to reality. Therefore, to have a truly meaningful trip, each tourist needs to be careful in finding information, should read different reviews or can get advice from reputable travel agencies, especially during the upcoming peak tourist season.
