On the afternoon of April 10, continuing the program of meeting voters before the 9th session of the 15th National Assembly, Delegation No. 1 of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation held a meeting with voters before the 9th session in Buon Don district.

At the Conference, voters of Buon Don district expressed their agreement with the policy of merging administrative units towards streamlining the apparatus, creating favorable conditions for common development. During the arrangement process, it is recommended to develop plans to effectively use existing facilities, avoiding wasting resources. In addition, it is necessary to have appropriate solutions to select and arrange suitable staff and civil servants, ensuring the quality and capacity to perform tasks.

The issue of investment in transport infrastructure was also reflected by many voters. Specifically, voters requested that all levels pay attention to investing in upgrading and repairing damaged and degraded rural transport routes in the area, causing difficulties in moving and transporting goods. Some voters requested that relevant levels and sectors explain difficulties in administrative procedures in the land sector; requested to speed up the progress of granting Land Use Right Certificates, etc.

After listening to voters' opinions, representatives of relevant provincial departments and branches and leaders of Buon Don district directly explained a number of contents under their authority.

Previously, at the Conference, voters listened to the representative of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation inform about the expected program of the 9th session of the 15th National Assembly; the results of the activities of the National Assembly Delegation and National Assembly deputies since the 8th session until now.

Immediately after the end of the 8th session of the 15th National Assembly, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation organized for the National Assembly deputies in the Delegation to meet voters directly at the main bridge (headquarters of the Provincial People's Council - People's Committee, voters of Buon Ma Thuot city attended this bridge) connecting online with 6 districts: Krong Pac, Krong Buk, Cu M'gar, Krong Nang, Ea Sup and Buon Don on December 9, 2024 to report to voters the results of the 8th session of the 15th National Assembly; Before and after the 8th session, the Delegation received, classified and synthesized 29 petitions under the jurisdiction of the Central Government; 42 petitions under the jurisdiction of localities, promptly forwarded to the agencies of the National Assembly, the Government, central ministries, branches and the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and settlement in accordance with the provisions of law.

To date, the Delegation has received 13 documents from Central Ministries and branches in response to 16 petitions; 13 documents from departments, branches and localities in response to 27 petitions. The Provincial National Assembly Delegation reported all responses to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and forwarded the documents to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, the Fatherland Front Committees at all levels in the province and relevant departments and branches to inform voters in the province, monitor and supervise.

National Assembly Delegate Luu Van Duc - Full-time member of the National Assembly's Ethnic Council discussed a number of issues of concern to voters.

The provincial National Assembly Delegation organized a conference to collect comments from departments, branches and sectors on draft laws and draft resolutions submitted to the 9th Extraordinary Session; collected written comments on 07 draft laws and resolutions, synthesized comments and reported according to regulations. National Assembly Delegates in the Delegation actively participated in discussions and contributed comments to draft laws and other important contents at the National Assembly sessions.
