Da Nang plans to prioritize investment capital allocation and support investment in technical infrastructure and social infrastructure projects inside and outside the free trade zone for 33 projects.

The People's Council of Da Nang City has just issued a draft Resolution on the list of investment preparation, prioritizing investment capital allocation, and supporting investment in the construction of technical infrastructure and social infrastructure works inside and outside the free trade zone.

According to the draft, there are 3 technical and social infrastructure projects inside the free trade zone in Hoa Vang district, including: Investment in shared technical infrastructure for production zones; Investment in shared technical infrastructure for logistics zones; Investment in shared technical infrastructure for commercial service zones and other functions.

In addition, 30 technical and social infrastructure projects outside the free trade zone, built in Hoa Vang district and Lien Chieu district, are also included in this list.

Among them, there are some large projects such as: Logistics infrastructure and dry port; New urban area No. 1 and No. 2; Cu De riverside seaport service urban area; Resettlement areas in Hoa Son, Hoa Ninh, Hoa Nhon of Hoa Vang district.

The list of priority projects also includes many important traffic works connecting the free trade zone such as: the Cu De riverside road; the road combined with the northern embankment of the Cu De river; the airport perimeter road (North - South); the road connecting the western belt with the La Son - Tuy Loan expressway (behind the High-Tech Park); the road connecting Lien Chieu port with the Cu De riverside seaport service urban area and the production area; the road connecting the 400-hectare production area in Truong Dinh village (Hoa Lien commune) with the Hai Van - Tuy Loan tunnel bypass; road number 5 connecting the High-Tech Park with National Highway 14B...

Currently, Da Nang city is completing the project to establish a free trade zone, expected to submit it to the Ministry of Planning and Investment for appraisal and the Prime Minister for approval.
