Ninh Son District People's Council, 10th term, held the 15th session

On December 19, the People's Council of Ninh Son district, term X, 2021-2026, held the 15th session to evaluate the results of implementing the tasks of socio-economic development, national defense and security in 2023; deploying tasks in 2024.

In 2023, the total production value is estimated at 5,780.84 billion VND, an increase of 14.02% over the same period last year; the total harvested area of ​​the district is 25,523.5 hectares, reaching 104.2% of the plan; there are 20 high-tech crop farms with an area of ​​113.85 hectares, an increase of 11.6%; budget revenue is more than 438 billion VND, reaching 117%, an increase of 13% over the same period. Urban management, resource and environmental management are directed resolutely. The cultural and social fields are well implemented. Social security policies are implemented promptly and fully. National defense, security, politics, order and social safety are maintained.

In 2024, Ninh Son district will continue to mobilize and effectively use investment resources, exploit existing potential advantages such as: Tan My irrigation canal system, Song Than lake, North-South expressway, Tan Son-Ta Nang road... to develop the economy; strive for an economic growth rate of 6%...

At the meeting, delegates voted for 16 people to hold positions elected by the People's Council for the 2021-2026 term. The meeting passed 13 resolutions related to the activities of the People's Council and local socio-economic development.
