On October 30, according to information from the Nghe An Department of Health, the unit established a team to inspect many cosmetic establishments in Vinh City, and discovered and handled many establishments that violated the law.
The inspection team inspected a beauty salon in Nghe An.
At the TATA beauty salon (No. 37, Nguyen Sy Sach Street, Ha Huy Tap Ward, Vinh City), the delegation discovered that this facility was providing medical examination and treatment services without a medical examination and treatment license. The delegation then drew up a record of fines of 45 million VND and suspended operations for 18 months.
Berry Clinic cosmetic facility at 6 Mai Hac De, Vinh City has closed and stopped operating after receiving complaints, so the authorities have not been able to inspect and handle the matter.
At MAYO Cosmetic and Dental Company Limited (Mayo Clinic Cosmetic Institute, No. 4, Nguyen Phong Sac, Vinh City), the inspection team discovered the act of using practitioners without a certificate to practice medical examination and treatment. The price of medical examination and treatment services was not posted. The inspection team drew up a record of a fine of 104 million VND and suspended operations for 4.5 months.
Checking the MEDIC SKIN beauty business (No. 238A, Tran Phu Street, Hong Son Ward, Vinh City), the delegation discovered that the facility did not list the prices of medical examination and treatment services; used drugs, substances, and equipment to intervene in the human body, changing the skin color, shape, weight, and defects of body parts.
This facility also employs practitioners without a medical practice certificate... MEDIC SKIN was fined 87 million VND and suspended for 4.5 months; forced to remove advertisements for medical examination and treatment services on its Facebook page.
The inspection team discovered that two beauty establishments (Dr Han Premium International Beauty Institute, at 27 Nguyen Van Cu and Hong Ngoc SPA business at 286 Nguyen Van Cu) had laser and wave projectors, but the owners of these establishments stated that they did not use these rays to perform services on customers' bodies, so there was no basis for punishment.
During the inspection process of the Nghe An Provincial Department of Health, 6 cosmetic facilities closed down and stopped operating to avoid the authorities.
