Hanoi considers project to establish Gia Lam district

The project to establish Gia Lam district will be considered and approved at the 13th session of the Hanoi People's Council scheduled to be held on September 22.

This is one of the contents of Notice No. 33/TB-HĐND on preparations for organizing the thematic session (13th session) of the Hanoi People's Council, term XVI, 2021-2026.

Accordingly, the 13th session of the City People's Council is expected to be held on September 22, 2023, to consider and approve 7 important contents.

Gia Lam district before becoming a district.

In which, amend and supplement Resolution No. 17/2013/NQ-HDND dated July 23, 2013 of the City People's Council on a number of measures to renovate and rebuild old apartment buildings and degraded old houses; renovate and restore old houses, old villas and other architectural works built before 1954 in the city (with the content of amending and supplementing Clause 2, Article 10 on the management of old villas).

Adjusting the 2023 City-level Public Investment Plan (including the content of allocating funding for construction projects to support a number of provinces and cities).

Policy on changing the purpose of forest use for: Project to renovate and upgrade the middle section of Highway 35 (from Km 4+469.12 to Km 12+733.35) in Soc Son district; Project of warehouse 190/Petroleum Department, Fire safety belt item of petroleum warehouse K95/K190/CXD in Minh Phu commune, Soc Son district, Hanoi.

Resolution on adjusting and supplementing the List of land acquisition projects in 2023 in the city.

Resolution on adjusting and supplementing projects to change the purpose of using rice-growing land, special-use forest land, and protective forest land in 2023.

Consider and approve the Project to establish Gia Lam district and wards of Gia Lam district, Hanoi city.
