The exhibition of food, beverages and processing and packaging technology equipment (Vietfood & Beverage - Propack 2023) has a scale of 300 booths of 250 enterprises from 10 countries and territories such as: India, Canada, Taiwan (China), Korea, Norway, Japan, China, Vietnam... The event brings a diverse list of product categories on display such as: Food, beverages; nutritional foods, functional foods; raw materials, food additives; machinery and equipment for production, packaging, and franchising.

In addition to high-quality food and beverage products, the exhibition features a booth displaying modern processing technology equipment and machinery. Regarding the international booth, the highlight of the Exhibition is the Korean Pavilion, which promises to attract a large number of visitors with typical products of the land of kimchi such as: Rice cakes, seaweed, dried persimmons, red ginseng and products processed from ginseng, dried and frozen seafood ... Besides, there is the pavilion of the Norwegian Seafood Council (NSC), the Norwegian Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries.
The exhibition was organized by Vinexad following the B2B (business to business) trade connection model, focusing on connecting international brands with importers and distributors in the food and beverage industry. The exhibition also opens up export opportunities for Vietnamese products, creating favorable conditions for local businesses to access international markets. This means improving export performance and introducing Vietnamese products to the world.
