According to the Hanoi People's Committee, Khue Van Cac was built in 1805 and is one of the structures in the Temple of Literature - Quoc Tu Giam. The highlight of the structure is the central attic, with four walls having circular openings with eight points of contact being long wooden lines around.
Figuratively, this is the image of the Khuê star sparkling in the sky with spreading rays of light, implying the concentration of the quintessence of heaven and earth around human ethics... With profound thoughts and philosophies, honoring the tradition of studiousness of the Vietnamese people, Khuê Văn Các is considered a symbol of Vietnamese culture. In 1997, Khuê Văn Các was officially chosen as the symbol of the capital Hanoi.
It is expected that the proposal of the City People's Committee will be considered and approved by the Hanoi People's Council at the 17th session, held from July 1 to July 5 .
