Up to this point, Hanoi city is urgently speeding up the progress of component projects of the Investment Project to build Ring Road 4 - Hanoi Capital Region, ensuring sufficient conditions for the Project Groundbreaking Ceremony on June 25.
Reporting on the implementation of preparations for the groundbreaking ceremony of the Ring Road 4 Construction Investment Project - Hanoi Capital Region, a representative of the Hanoi Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board said that, up to now, districts in Hanoi have reclaimed land and handed over 651.33 hectares out of a total of 798.043 hectares (81.62%). The total number of graves moved is 6,035/10,039 (60.12%). The total approved amount is 4,626.79 billion VND.

The investor - Hanoi City Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board has also completed the selection of contractors for construction and installation packages, project supervision consultants for the parallel road project and is organizing the preparation of construction drawings for approval and implementation of construction immediately after the project starts. Up to now, Hanoi City is ready for the groundbreaking ceremony on June 25.
According to the Office of the Hanoi People's Committee, the groundbreaking ceremony for the investment project to build Ring Road 4 - Hanoi Capital Region in the city will begin at 6:30 a.m. on June 25 and take place simultaneously at 4 locations.
In which, location 1 is the main bridge point at the intersection between Ring Road 4 and Thang Long Boulevard (at Km28+900 Ring Road 4, corresponding to Km 12+600 Thang Long Boulevard), in Song Phuong commune, Hoai Duc district, Hanoi city.

Location No. 2 at the intersection between Ring Road 4 (Km 1+445 of Ring Road 4) and National Highway 2, in Thanh Xuan commune, Soc Son district.
Construction site No. 3 is at the intersection between Ring Road 4 (Km 45+700 of Ring Road 4) and the southern axis of Ha Tay province, in Tam Hung commune, Thanh Oai district.
Location No. 4 at the intersection between Ring Road 4 and the old National Highway 1A (route Km52+600 Ring Road 4, corresponding to Km 190+270 National Highway 1A), in Van Binh commune, Thuong Tin district.
The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Department of Transport to organize the handover of the site within the scope managed by this agency; directed the Traffic Inspectorate to coordinate with the Traffic Police and related units to unify the plan to organize traffic flow and ensure traffic for the groundbreaking ceremony...
The Department of Construction coordinates with the Project Management Board to immediately hand over the site within the scope managed by the Department of Construction (lighting, trees, lawns...) to serve the groundbreaking ceremony and start construction immediately after the groundbreaking ceremony...
Hanoi City Police coordinated with the Department of Transport (Transport Inspectorate), People's Committees of Soc Son, Hoai Duc, Thanh Oai, Thuong Tin districts to develop plans, arrange forces to organize traffic flow, ensure traffic order and safety before, during and after the ceremony; ensure security and order at the groundbreaking ceremony.
The Ring Road 4 - Capital Region construction project is a national key project, with a total length of about 112.8km, including 58.2km through Hanoi, the remaining 9.7km connecting to the Hanoi - Ha Long Expressway and the part passing through Hung Yen and Bac Ninh provinces. The project is invested in the form of using public investment capital combined with investment under the PPP public-private partnership method; divided into 3 project groups with 7 component projects and a total investment of 85,813 billion VND. |
