Hanoi approves land use plans for a series of districts including 915 projects.

The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a series of decisions approving the 2025 land use plan of districts including Dong Da, Hoan Kiem, Hai Ba Trung, Phuc Tho, Phu Xuyen, Thuong Tin, Ung Hoa, and Ba Vi.

Specifically, the list of projects included in the 2025 land use plan of Hoan Kiem district includes 22 projects with a total area of ​​4.14 hectares; including projects such as construction and renovation of Viet Duc High School, Tran Phu High School, etc.

The list of works and projects included in the 2025 land use plan of Dong Da district includes 25 projects with a total area of ​​nearly 13.66 hectares. The projects mentioned include investment in the construction of Ring Road 1 (Hoang Cau - Voi Phuc), construction of Cat Linh - La Thanh - Yen Lang road (La Thanh - Thai Ha - Lang section), construction of Kham Thien market, Viwaseen Corporation office building project, etc.

The list of works and projects included in this year's land use plan of Ung Hoa district includes 136 projects with a total area of ​​over 1,008 hectares; including projects such as building technical infrastructure for new residential areas in Vien An and Hoa Lam communes and creating clean land funds for auction in many areas.

The list of works and projects included in the 2025 land use plan of Ba Vi district includes 181 projects with a total area of ​​over 1,135 hectares; including projects such as investment in building technical infrastructure to organize auctions at many land plots in Tay Dang town, Phu Son commune, Thuan My, Dong Thai, Co Do...

The list of works and projects included in the 2025 land use plan of Thuong Tin district includes 223 projects with a total area of ​​nearly 836.3 hectares; including projects such as construction of technical infrastructure for auctioned land in the communes of Ha Hoi, Khanh Ha, To Hieu, Le Loi, Thu Phu, etc.

The City People's Committee assigns the People's Committees of the above districts to announce and publicize the land use plan in accordance with the provisions of the law on land. The units shall recover land in accordance with the approved land use plan.

The People's Committees of these districts shall organize inspections of the implementation of land use plans; promptly detect and handle violations of land use plans; strengthen inspections and supervision of the implementation of land use plans to ensure the feasibility of the 2025 land use plan; balance and determine capital sources to implement the land use plan to ensure the feasibility of the land use plan.

The People's Committees of these 8 districts are responsible for reporting the results of land use plan implementation before October 15.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Hanoi City is responsible for implementing land allocation, land lease, and land use purpose conversion in accordance with the approved land use plan. This Department is assigned to organize inspection of the implementation of the land use plan; regularly update works and projects (qualified) to submit to the City People's Committee for approval to supplement the annual land use plan list according to regulations.
